The selected couple that decides on this platform to formalize their commitment to each other will be treated to a once-in-a-lifetime experience, an artist-led path to being wed.

HubbyCo will collectively provide the structure and ephemera for the ceremony. Key is the conversation between couple and collaborating artists on every aspect that comprises a wedding: flowers, catering, venue and so on. The couple is encouraged to put its faith and energy into this unique process and the distinguished team assembled for this HubbyCo project.

Interested couples must submit the 10-question application (go to the home page of this site). Any commitment ceremony--as does any artwork--involves a budget, and question 8 on the application form will ask what you can bear to GET HUBBIED. This covers all expenses related to this wedding project, including planner, venue, reception and all original contributions by the 3-dozen participating artists.

Applications are due March 15, 2010, by midnight.
